Our clients

Every photo on this page is of a real customer, taken at Cancun Airport on the day they arrived. No stock, no staging: it is the moment of the pick-up, which is exactly the part people worry about before booking.

Look at the signs and you will see several are from the same weekend. Eight of these twelve are guests at two weddings - one for Dylan and Taylor, one for Taylor and Sam - collected off different flights across three days.

How a group arriving on separate flights gets met

A wedding or a work trip almost never lands together. Six come in Thursday morning, four on Thursday night and the rest on Friday, on different airlines and through different terminals. Each of those flights is its own pick-up, with its own time, vehicle and driver.

It is run off a single booking: you give us the list of flights and we track each one separately. If one runs late, that pick-up moves and the others never know. Nobody waits in the terminal for somebody else, which is what happens when they are booked separately and someone decides to merge them.

For large groups the van seats fifteen with their luggage. When they do not fit in one, two vehicles leave together and reach the hotel together, not an hour apart.

The sign with your name on it

It is in almost every photo. It is printed with the name of whoever booked and, for a group, with the reason for the trip: the sign in these photos reads "Welcome to Dylan & Taylor's wedding", not the company name.

It does the practical job - finding each other among two hundred people in arrivals - and it does the other one too: most of these photos were taken by the customers themselves the moment they spotted it.

Where these photos come from

Customers or drivers take them at the pick-up and send them over on WhatsApp. That is why the quality is uneven and the airport shows up behind them exactly as it was that day, with the queue at the checkpoint, the trolleys and the people waiting. We prefer that to twelve identical shots taken on one afternoon under studio lighting.
